What a show today. We played Found It on Facebook Marketplace, and I have to say, this one threw up quite a mix.
First up, Declan over in Yorkshire is selling a Wide Beam Canal Boat. Sixty feet long, twelve feet wide, and going by the name Mrs S. It sounds absolutely beautiful, fully set up for residential living or extended cruising, and he wants £150,000 for it. Then we had Steve in Derbyshire with a vintage cinema gents glass light sign for £195, which I have to admit sounds brilliant and he'll even deliver it for fuel. And also from Steve, a Star Wars R2-D2 cardboard cutout standee from 1995, original UK VHS promotional material, for £35.
The total came to £150,230, and our closest guesser today was Donna at Boston Sausage, who came in with £120,190. Well played Donna, not bad at all.
Then we had the Topical Tune, and the story was a brilliant one. Chaka Khan turned up late to the opening night of her own musical in London, holding up the curtain by forty minutes. You lot absolutely nailed it with your suggestions. Henry in Grimsby took the top spot with George Michael and Aretha Franklin's I Knew You Were Waiting For Me, which is just perfect. Joe in Lincoln, Julie in Skegness, Oliver and Charlie in Newark all brought some crackers too. Genuinely one of the best rounds we've had in a while.
