Found It is in full Harrods mode this week, and the prices are something else. I've been asking you to guess how much certain items cost in the Harrods Christmas Department, and Tuesday's total came in at £447 across three items. We had the Harrods Santa Toy Shop Ornament at £249, the Horse Carousel Ornament at £119, and the Sleigh Musical Snow Globe at £79. I mean, £249 for a tree ornament.
Two of our own Magna team, Lucy and Millie, had a go today. Millie came out on top of the two with a total guess of £158, which sounds confident until you realise she was nearly £300 off. Bless her. Our listeners did a bit better, with Flat Pack Charlie from the audience guessing £240, making him our closest of the day.
Over on Topical Tune, I asked what song best sums up a story about whether your consciousness can leave your body. The suggestions were brilliant. Jack in Horncastle went with George Michael's Let's Go Outside, Janet in Lincoln picked Blondie's Picture This, and topping the lot was Sarah in Louth with Coldplay's Higher Power.
